Good Questions, Honest Answers
Everything Little Rock neighbors usually want to know before their first visit — and if we missed one, just call.
What areas around Little Rock do you serve?
We're based in Little Rock (72201) and cover roughly a 22-mile radius. That's the whole city — Hillcrest, the Heights, downtown, Chenal and West Little Rock — plus nearby communities like North Little Rock, Sherwood, Maumelle, Bryant and Benton. If you're around central Arkansas, call and we'll usually make it work.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. On most jobs a few photos and a short phone call are enough for us to give you a firm price. Larger projects get a free visit to look them over. Either way, you'll have a clear figure in hand before anything gets scheduled.
How does pricing work — do you charge by the hour?
Wherever we can, we price the job rather than the clock, so the cost is clear from the start. For open-ended punch-list days we'll settle on a rate and a rough scope up front so nothing catches you off guard. And if the work goes quicker than expected, that saving comes back to you.
Are you insured?
Yes — we hold general-liability insurance and will gladly show you proof. We're locally based here in Little Rock, so we stand behind the work and we're a phone call away if a question comes up afterward.
What kinds of jobs do you handle — and what don't you?
We cover the broad middle of home repair and upkeep: drywall, doors, mounting, fixtures, fences, gutters, painting, storm prep and the ongoing punch list. Arkansas requires a licensed, bonded contractor once a home-improvement job passes $2,000, so we stay registered for work at that level — and when a job crosses into new electrical, gas or major plumbing, that's licensed-trade territory. We'll say so plainly and point you to a state-licensed pro we'd use ourselves.
Can I just text you a photo of the problem?
Absolutely — it's the quickest route to a quote. A clear shot or two plus a line about what's happening is usually all we need to give you a price and talk timing without coming out first.
How do I schedule, and how far out are you booked?
Phone or text us and we'll set the soonest slot that works. Most weeks we can be out within a few days, and we bump up anything urgent like storm damage or a leak that won't keep.
How can I pay?
We accept the usual easy payment methods and keep things straightforward. The price is agreed before we start, and you settle up once the work's finished and you're happy with it.
